Rules

  1. You must be a fan of Julie/Ivy of Budgiland, obviously.
  2. A website is not necessary, but a valid email address is.
  3. If you do have a site, please put your code up. A text or graphic link is fine. Link back to http://ivy.pfenix.net/. If you do not follow this rule, you will be added only as an email member.
  4. If your site has inappropiate content on it, you will be added only as an email member.
